Edit Permissions in OptosAdvance

User permissions and roles can be modified by individuals with existing Administrative privileges in OptosAdvance. Administrators can review and update user privileges in the Privileges section. These privileges are initially based on the user’s role and group but can be modified. Once logged into OptosAdvance as an Admin:

  1. To grant a privilege to a user: Select a privilege in the Revoked area, then select Grant.
  2. To remove a privilege from a user: Select a privilege in the Granted area, then select Revoke.
