Order a Replacement Eye Pad for Your Optos Device

Has your device face plate/eyepiece become worn or dirty? If you need to order a replacement eyepiece for your Optos device they are available for order within CustomerCentral. This information may vary based on your country.

  1. Login to your CustomerCentral account and click on the section labeled Patient Marketing.

  2. Next, click Order Patient Marketing, Wipes, Face Plates, and Other Materials.

  3. Finally, click Order Marketing and Other Materials. There you will find wet and dry cleaning wipes and an array of printed marketing materials to assist you in marketing the benefits of optomap to your patients. 
  4. Click on the correct eyepiece for your device, and add it to your shopping cart.

     

Note:  Customers under support or warranty receive standard materials free of charge.
