"Traditional fundus cameras covered only 50 or 60 degrees, and our technicians had to create complex photo montages. With the arrival of optomap, the first widefield imaging device, we began using it for nearly all patients, achieving ultra-widefield retinal imaging. If a patient has a peripheral detachment, technicians can adjust the camera to capture nearly 180 degrees of the retina with excellent quality."
